Dial-Outs- A TelSpan Operator can dial-out to you or to your participants to bring you or them into the conference if you desire.

EasyID- This enhanced feature makes possessing an additional and unique code a requirement to enter a conference.  Each participant is assigned a unique PIN in advance.  When their PIN is entered, their name and other information tied to their name will automatically populate.

Instant Conferencing- With one “800” number and your assigned conference codes, you can instantly be connected to up to 50 Participants to hold an immediate conference.

InstantInvite- A Microsoft OutlookTM email application used to schedule your audio or Web conference.

Live Conference Monitoring-  If requested, a TelSpan Operator can act as a silent participant for the duration of your important conference to immediately answer any questions you might have or to perform any functions you desire.

Participant Data Collection- As participants enter your call, TelSpan’s Operators can gather their names and/or company affiliations.  At the conclusion of the conference, a list of this information can be sent to the moderator/host.

Playback- Allows you to access a previously recorded conference by calling a specified toll-free number and entering your unique Recording Reference Number.

Polling Sessions- A TelSpan Operator can manage a Polling Session, where questions are answered by touchtone keypad and results are communicated by the Operator to either the entire group or to just the host.

Recording and Archiving- Full and edited recording services are available, with archiving options of tape, CD or electronic download.

Question and Answer Sessions- A TelSpan Operator introduces speakers and facilitates a structured Question and Answer session at any designated point during the conference.

Urgent Conferencing- Enables you to pre-populate identified group lists and attach them to a toll-free number.  Upon dialing the number, TelSpan’s audio conferencing system will automatically dial out to all of the participants on your list, providing you with a way to reach your group immediately in an urgent situation.

*0- The “star 0” touchtone feature is available within your TelSpanDirect audio conference at any point during your call.  When you press *0, you are able to speak privately with an Operator who will answer any questions you may have.
