Broadcast - If you desire, your audience can be muted while only selected individuals are able to speak.  Great for presentations or announcements.

ConferenceView- An audio conferencing management tool that allows you to manage your conference and perform audio conferencing functions from your desktop computer.

Dedicated Dial-In Numbers - Toll-free dial-in numbers specific to your account.

Electronic Downloads - a .wav or .mp3 file of your recorded conference that can be downloaded from our secure website.

EasyID- This enhanced feature makes possessing an additional and unique code a requirement to enter a conference.  Each participant is assigned a unique PIN in advance.  When their PIN is entered, their name and other information tied to their name will automatically populate.

Enter/Leave Tones- Audible tones that denote when participants enter or leave the conference.

First Hold- Places all participants on “Music Hold” as they enter the conference.  Upon host entry, all participants are live.

InstantInvite - A Microsoft Outlook^TM email application used to schedule audio conferencing.

Locking- Enables the conference host to block additional participants from entering the conference.

Playback - Allows you to access a previously recorded conference by calling a specified toll-free number and entering your unique recording reference number.

Polling - Allows you to conduct a survey during your conference.

Recording and Archiving- Full and edited recording services are available, with archiving options of tape, CD or electronic download.

Roll Call- Requires participants to provide their name upon entering the call. 

SecureView - Manage your conference from your desktop.  Handle all audio conferencing functions on your own, and through use of TelSpan’s secure system, all your participants will enter a unique PIN code, which will automatically populate their name and other information designated by you onto your desktop as they enter the conference.

Transcription Services- A typed hard copy or electronic data file of your conference can be provided upon request.

            VoIP Access - VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) conferencing access is
