TelSpanStudio Content Management Solution

You have content and TelSpan wants to help you manage it with TelSpanStudio, a call recording software.  With TelSpanStudio you can either create your own content by recording your voice along with whatever is on your computer screen, or you can provide TelSpan with a pre-existing call recording to be loaded into TelSpanStudio.  With your TelSpanStudio account, you can manage your files, and control file access.  You determine who will view your files, when, how many times, and for how long.

Features of TelSpanStudio Include:

Host Control– Host controls the TelSpanStudio service from their desktop and is able to initiate and complete the call recording process.

Archive Controls– Archived files may be paused, stopped, rewound and fast-forwarded as desired via easy-to-use controls.

Audio Access– Archived events may be accessed via toll-free phone number.

Web Access– Archived events may be accessed via web stream.

Archive Access– Access is controlled by the host.  Participants will need to enter a specific code to access an archived event.

Synchronization – If desktop activity is recorded in conjunction with audio, TelSpanStudio automatically synchs the files together into one archived event file.

Archived Event Availability – Archived event files are available moments after event completion.

Questionnaire – Host has the ability to link data collection questions to access of the event.  For example, participants can be required to enter data such as first name, last name, company, phone number, etc. before being granted access to the archive.

Reporting – Host can easily download detailed reporting of questionnaire data from each archived event.  Based on options that were selected, the reporting function can be customized to give the host the information they need.  The host will be able to view the answers given to the registration questions previously selected.
