DougStumpTelSpan, the Indianapolis-based provider of worldwide conferencing services, recently appointed Doug Stump as its new Sales Manager.  At TelSpan Mr. Stump’s primary responsibilities will include managing TelSpan’s team of inside sales professionals and support staff, increasing productivity and revenues, and improving sales procedures and processes.  Mr. Stump will work closely with Marketing to increase sales of TelSpan’s conferencing and communications services, including conferencing events, audio, web and video conferencing, streaming, and video production services.
 
According to Keith E. Locke, TelSpan’s President and CEO, “Doug brings over 10 years of experience in consultative sales and leadership to TelSpan. He will be instrumental in leading our team to greater successes in a selling a broad array of products to clients who are looking for high touch conferencing and communications services.”
 
Mr. Stump holds a bachelors degree from the University of Kentucky.  He brings to his position at TelSpan, over 10 years of experience in sales and sales management at organizations including Beyond.com , Monster, and Pinnacle Partners.  Mr. Stump adds, “I am excited to join the TelSpan team.  I am proud of the level of E3 service delivered day in and day out by each employee. TelSpan, the Indianapolis-based provider of worldwide conferencing services, recently announced the promotions of Olivia Fritz and Grant Lawson within TelSpan.  Olivia Fritz has been appointed to the position of Client Services Professional Supervisor.  Ms. Fritz joined the TelSpan team three years ago and has since played a key role in deploying many of our new products and technologies. In her new role, Ms. Fritz will be responsible for the successful management of all client related interactions, escalated case management, and will focus on audio conferencing bridge technologies and other web-based applications.

Ms. Fritz adds, “TelSpan’s Client Services Professionals are some of the best in the industry and I look forward to assisting each of them with their continued growth and development. In the past several years, TelSpan has become so much more than a conferencing company, and with leading edge technologies and our commitment to E3 service, I can only imagine where we will go from here.”

Grant Lawson has been promoted to the newly created position of Media Services Supervisor. Mr. Lawson has been with TelSpan for four years and has served in various capacities in TelSpan’s Client Services and Web Support departments.  His performance has positively impacted TelSpan’s record of client care, problem resolution, and ability to offer customized service solutions. According to Kathryn Woodward, Manager of Client Services, “Grant is known for his ability to overcome problems during challenging situations and deliver a seamless product to our clients and their audience”

In his new role Grant will oversee all media service and web support interactions, case management and resolution, with an emphasis on streaming, content delivery network, video production and media services. TelSpan’s Technology Support Representatives will report to Mr. Lawson. 

Mr. Lawson adds, “We’ve built a solid foundation of base services, and now we’re very excited to expand our reach into the video production and media services markets. The focus of our Media Services Team will be geared towards new video and live event acquisitions while building on our existing streaming media capabilities.”

In his role Mr. Keller will oversee TelSpan’s Technical Operations team as they deliver E3 (Excellence Exceeding Expectations) service to TelSpan’s clients through various technology platforms, and work to provide newer technologies and services to TelSpan and its clients.

Mr. Keller most recently served as the Director of Information Technology for the American College of Sports Medicine where he was responsible for all computing and telecommunications facilities and services for the organization and all its associated programs and affiliates. His experience includes management and awareness of a wide variety of technologies and software support. Prior to that, Mr. Keller was employed by Haverstick Consulting as Corporate and Network Infrastructure Administrator.
