It is that time of year when we tend to reflect upon our successes and failures for the year, and realize all of the things we have to be thankful for.


Here at TelSpan we are thankful for our wonderful clients and for the trust they put in us to handle their critical conferencing and communications needs.  We are thankful for our employees, whose E3 (Excellence Exceeding Expectations) work ethic makes our clients’ calls as flawless as possible.  We are thankful that we have prospered during these tough economic times, while helping our clients save money and increasing productivity.    We are thankful for the wonderful country we live in, and for the freedoms and opportunities we are provided.

The New Year’s period is the natural time to discuss resolutions and to ponder the past while we consider our future.  In 2012, TelSpan “sees” your future rather vividly.  More and more devices, fixed and mobile, incorporate and facilitate video transmission.  The limitations relating to purpose-built video conferencing equipment and rooms have yielded to the ubiquitous presence of video as an inclusion within most WebConferencing services (including TelSpanVenue).

 

With ubiquity and familiarity come flavors of contempt.  If you are offering video, you will no longer be able to offer slower frames per second, fuzzy images, pixilated graphics, and out-of-sync sound with video.  We are spoiled, and we do want quality, even though most of us will not need the over-the-top excess of a $300,000 telepresence room.  Not when you can find video on your WebConferencing platform that delivers crisp moving images, good color quality, and at low monthly rates or even more economical annual rates (Did I mention TelSpanVenue?)

We are expanding our sales force, and are looking for a dynamic, assertive individual to join our team. We are located in Downtown Indianapolis and hours are typically 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The candidate will be provided with the opportunity to develop, grow, and sell a client base. Requirements

TelSpan, Inc. was founded in 1989 in Indianapolis, Indiana by J. Bruce Laughrey and was originally created to provide supporting telecommunications needs for its sister companies Medi-Span, Inc., and E-Span, Inc.


In 1989 TelSpan created its own proprietary conferencing bridges and became the first conferencing company to provide dedicated “800” numbers to its clients. As the demand for this new conferencing service grew, TelSpan branched off to become the entity it is today.


TelSpan has also grown and changed with the industry, adding new services and solutions to meet the needs of its clients.
