TelSpan Announces New Manager, Client Services

KathrynWoodward-2011-smTelSpan, the Indianapolis-based provider of worldwide conferencing services, recently announced the promotion of Kathryn Woodward to Manager, Client Services. Ms. Woodward has been with TelSpan since 2006 and during her tenure has exhibited a superior E3 work ethic and exceptional service to TelSpan’s clients while serving as an Operator, Supervisor, and Coach and Trainer for the Client Services Department.


The Client Services Department encompasses the client-facing operational areas of TelSpan, and Ms. Woodward will assume responsibility for all Audio and Web Conferencing, Concierge Event Management, and Video Production Services worldwide. Previously, Ms. Woodward developed TelSpan’s three tiered Client Service Professional certification program and supervised the complete Audio Conferencing Client Experience.  Dan Keller, Vice President, TelSpan adds, “Kathryn has shown extreme dedication to client care, and has demonstrated the ability to train TelSpan’s staff to provide the best service levels possible.
