TelSpan Conferencing Events Features

TelSpan offers a wide variety of services to make your conferencing event one of a kind. If you don’t see a function you need listed, just ask. TelSpan is happy to customize your event to your organization’s needs.

  • Operator Assisted Events
    Have one of our Event Advisors conduct pre-event consulting. Our professionally trained Operators perform event dial outs, event pre-conferences, opening announcements and/or speaking introductions, and roll call functions.
  • Operator Assisted Q&A Calls
    A Q&A audio conference call with a professionally trained Operator includes all Operator Assisted call features, in addition to dedicated quality assurance monitoring and a professionally facilitated Q&A session.
  • Web Conferencing
    Our Event Advisors can assist you on the best choice of web conferencing platforms for your needs, to help add a visual element to your event.
  • Online Registration
    Our all-inclusive online tool RegistrationPlus, allows you to easily manage the registration process for any type of event, including processing payments, generating email invitations, reminders and confirmations, selling additional products, event reporting, surveys and more.
  • Participant Lists
    Participant lists may be made available after your event.
  • Roll Call
    If you desire, participants can be required to provide their roll call information upon entering your conferencing event, including participant name, company name, city, state, and number of participants at the location. This information is included in operator assisted calls and Q&A calls. Additional information field can be gathered for an additional fee.
  • Streaming
    If your event involves a visual component and a very large audience, streaming services may provide economies of scale for your event.
  • Video Conferencing
    If your event requires a traditional video conferencing component, TelSpan will be happy to assist you.
  • Podcasting
    Consider utilizing podcasts of your recorded events to reach your audience in a whole new way.
  • Recording and Archiving
    Full and edited recording services are available, with the archiving options of CD or electronic download. Request your even to be set to “Record” for archiving purposes and for Playback opportunities.
  • Polling
    Have an Operator conduct a survey or poll during your conferencing event. Participants vote via their telephone touchtone keypad and your Operator can share the results with the audience or just the host. Polling increases interaction and keeps your participants engaged.
  • Broadcast Event
    This option is best for presentations or announcements, where you desire the audience to be muted. Only select individuals are able to speak.
  • Sub Conference
    At any point during your event, you can pull a select group of participants into a private sub conference if you desire.
  • TelSpanEasyID
    This TelSpan service allows you to identify and control who is attending your event. This service is especially useful for the management of revenue-generating events. Talk to your Event Advisor in order to set up this feature in advance of your event.
